Shipping & Delivery Policy
At WishLuck, our aim is to ship our products quickly, safely and in a cost effective manner. We offer worldwide delivery of our products.
Domestic orders (deliveries inside India) are dispatched using fast post or authorized domestic courier services. Orders are processed and dispatched within one to two working days, or according to the delivery date specified when the order was confirmed. The courier company's policies will be followed when delivering the shipment. After the order is sent, delivery within India typically occurs in 4-5 working days. Wishluck only promises to turn over the package to the courier service or postal authorities within 1-2 working days of the order and payment date, or according to the delivery date specified at the time of order confirmation. Wishluck is not responsible for any delivery delays made by the courier service or postal authorities. If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock then we will notify you by email.
Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). We request you to mention your full address with zip code and contact number.
As soon as the items are given to the Courier Company, we will send you an email with the tracking information for your order's shipment. It requires a minimum of 24 business hours for the package tracking number to become operational on the courier websites. |
